JAMAICAN NATIONALS RETURN HOME AFTER THE DEVASTATION

The Office of Disaster Preparedness & Emergency Management is announcing the evacuation plans for our Jamaican Nationals from countries impacted by Irma.

The aftermath of Irma left some of our Jamaican nationals in impacted stated wanting to return home. The Government of Jamaican (GOJ) formulated plans to assist Jamaicans wishing to leave the British Virgin Islands (BVI).

 

There are two (2) flights arriving at Norman Manley International Airport tonight:

1). FLIGHT # LL623 from Antigua  à Kingston:    Estimated Time of Arrival: 8:00 P.M.

This flight will land in the General/ Regular Landing Area.

 

2). FLIGHT # JY917 from BVI and Santa Domingo à Kingston

Estimated Time of Arrival: 8:45 P.M.

This Flight will land in the private Aviation Section
